Design consultation fees are refundable within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with the initial assessment. Consultation fees are credited toward full project costs when you proceed with remodeling services.
Project deposits are refundable up to 7 days after contract signing, provided no materials have been ordered or work has begun. Custom materials and special orders are non-refundable once production begins.
We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues that arise from our installation or construction work. Client satisfaction is our priority, and we work to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
Unused materials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, subject to supplier return policies and restocking fees. Custom-fabricated items cannot be returned.
